Time to pack on the bangles, beads, watches and friendship bracelets. This summer’s bracelet trend is all about the more the merrier! Search through your old bracelets and mix and match to create a new, layered look. Look to some of the more recent trends of clunky masculine watches, beaded bracelets of wood or natural stones and studded wrap bracelets to complete the look.
This trend is meant to be playful and creative. So go ahead and throw in some friendship bracelets, neons and animal prints if you want, and don’t be afraid to be daring and mix bold and dainty or colorful and neutral pieces. You can even dress this look up for a night out by adding nicer metals such as gold or silver pieces. I personally like to overload on rings as well, the big and clunky type that can make your fists into deadly weapons. Which reminds me, this look can totally work for men as well if they are into jewelry; although, I would probably tone it down on the brights and animal prints. Overall this look is so versatile, and can be the perfect addition to complete your favorite trendy outfit.
Here is my recreation of this look. The leopard bracelet came from my grandmother’s closet and I layered it with some of my favorite bracelets I already had in my jewelry box. Thoughts?
