Shahid Kapoor who is linked with a string of female actors says that he likes girls who are more talkative and outgoing because it helps him to understand them better. Shahid Kapoor dated some of the hot actresses of Bollywood like Kareena Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra in the past, though it's unfortunate that he did not reach the end but when he was asked whom he thinks is the hotter between Kareena and Priyanka. The actor didn't take much time to reply, it is Priyanka.

He stated, "Personally, I think Priyanka is hotter." Shahid upcoming release is 'Mausam' and he is really excited being directed by his father Pankaj Kapoor. This is the first time, Shahid ia sharing screen space with Sonam Kapoor and both shared a great chemistry in the film.

To promote their film 'Mausam', the duo appeared in Kaun Banega Crorepati 5' on Sony entertainment television.

It is not only Katrina Kaif who took Hrithik Roshan for a bike ride but the 'Rockstar' actress Nargis Fakhri also took her co-star Ranbir Kapoor for a bike ride. To everyone's surprise, the American actress turned model who doesn't know how to drive a bike learnt biking in just half an hour.

A scene in 'Rockstar' requires Nargis to ride a bike and when director Imtiaz Ali learnt that she doesn't no bike ride, he asked the team to teach her bike ride and surprisingly in just 30 minutes Nargis learnt biking.

Ranbir Kapoor was surprised to see how easily and comfortably she handles the bike and shot the scene flawlessly. Eventually, Ranbir and Nargis enjoy a bike ride.

'Rockstar' directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Dhillin Mehta on Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd banner in association with Eros International Ltd is the last film of late Shammi Kapoor. The music of the movie has been composed by AR Rahman.

reity Zinta and Kareena Kapoor have finally decided to let bygones be bygones. One side, the bubbly Zinta went all out to praise Kareena Kapoor, the other side saw Kareena complimenting Preity on her sweetness.

Now this gestures made by both the actresses towards each other comes as a real surprise. Their rivalry goes back to the year 2008 when at a party hosted by Akshay Kumar, Preity Zinta snubbed Kareena Kapoor in public. The fight got worsen when Kareena was replaced by Preity in Karan Johar's 'Kal Ho Na Ho'.

But leaving past behind, we are guessing the two actresses have made up and are now friends.

Director Karan Malhotra is awestruck with Sanju Baba's look. "I must admit that I'm in awe of that look for sure, but Sanju sir has taken the next step forward," he said.

He further said that Sanjay Dutt was very supportive and professional and totally gave up to the director's choice.

The pics and video clip shows Mallika lying on the bonnet of the car in a two-piece outfit, washing the car using sponge, in a seductive manner.

Mallika, who has never done such a scene, says that she wasn't looking glam while shooting. "It was a chilly day, the soap and water was dirty and I wasn't looking very glam. In between shots, they'd wrap me up in blankets so my teeth would stop clattering."

The movie is a Hollywood rom-com and is set against the backdrop of the 2008 presidential elections that saw Barack Obama being voted into the White House.

Ace movie maker of Bollywood , Prakash Jha , who is well known for his movies highlighting various forms of socio political issues , is reported to have decided to support Anna Hazare's cause by making a movie based on him. The news came at a time when the whole country is saluting the 74 year old Gandhian activist, who by his sheer will power , political acumen and unyielding patriotism, has made the strong Congress Govt bow to his demands of passing a strong Lokpal Bill.

The movie which will be named "Satyagraha" will be based on the recent developments of peaceful protests spearheaded by Anna Hazare aimed at making the Govt. take some strong resolution against the prevalent corruption in our country. Jha has whole heartedly applauded the movement terming it unprecedented and remarkable.

Like his previous hard hitting movies on myriad of social evils, this movie will also address the social issue of corruption. Though the subject has been portrayed on the silver screen many a times in the past, but this movie upcoming movie is expected to deal with it in a more comprehensive manner with singular focus. The movie will depict the protest against this social evil in exactly the same way and with the same values of peace and non violence, as Anna's recent protests. Playing the lead role is none other than the counties most beloved super star Amitabh Bacchan who will find himself in the shoes of the Gandhian activist leading the countrywide surge of support against the issue. Reportedly , in the movie Bacchan will fight against the flaws of Indian Political system and his character having a lot of common with real life anti corruption crusader Anna. In the movie he is shown to believe that the fight to corruption should target the eradication of this evil from the grass root level to the very top of the political institution. This is very similar to the demands that we have seen recently Anna putting in front of Govt to consider and the latter eventually bowing to it under immense support for it from the civil society and the public in large.

Till now it is only Mr Bacchan who is finalized for the cast in the movie. The rest of the cast as well as the final script will be decided upon later, said Jha.


News : Imran Khan replaces Shahid Kapoor as ‘Chhota Rajan’

f the latest buzz is to go by, it is learnt that Shahid Kapoor will not feature in the sequel of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, instead, Imran Khan will play 'Chhota Rajan'. It is also heard that it is Kareena Kpoor who has recommended Imy's name for the movie.

As per a source associated with the film, "Kareena feels that Imran would bring novelty to the character inspired by Rajan. More so because he has played strong romantic roles in most of his films."

That's not the only reason. The actress has managed to get along with her Short Term Shaadi co-star very well. Say's an insider, "That's also one reason why she's so strongly recommending Imran's for this movie."

On talking to Tanuj Garg, CEO Balaji Motion Pictures, he said, "It's still too early to talk about the parallel male lead. When things are finalized, we'll make a formal announcement."

Well, the director is currently making a film on Bollywood and how a starlet is exploited in the industry. And he has chosen none other than the very very hot Bipasha Basu to play the lead in the film.

A source explained, "Shyam Benegal is known for his take on various issues. After giving it a lot of thought, Shyamji finalised Bipasha Basu for the lead role. He wanted a glamorous face, who would also be a good performer.

That's why he met up with Bipasha to discuss the role. She has already signed the film. He is on the lookout for two more lead actors and is in talks with a producer to collaborate on the film, which goes on floors in October."

However, Shyam Benegal, while talking to a popular tabloid, said, "I am in Delhi presently and nothing is confirmed. It is too premature to talk about, right now."

News : Sonakshi denies signing any film opposite Shahrukh

Sonakshi Sinha is on cloud nine as she has signed six films back to back after the super duper success of 'Dabangg'. But the actress has denied signing any film opposite superstar Shahrukh Khan as the rumor is doing the rounds. According to the latest buzz, Sonakshi has signed Abhinav Kashyap`s next with SRK, a love story set in Australia.

"I haven`t signed any film with Shah Rukh Khan. I had also read the news somewhere but I haven`t signed any film yet," Sonakshi told reporters at Ambience Mall, where she had come to launch the new range of Puma running shoes.

The 24 years old actress also denied doing any film opposite her rumored lover boy Ranveer Singh, "not doing any film with Ranveer", says Sonakshi.

She has signed 'Joker', 'Rowdy Rathore', `Race 2``Son of Sardar`. She is also doing `Dabangg 2` and `Kick` with Salman Khan.

Aamir Khan and Gauri Khan snubbed each other at Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy's bash on Wednesday. The gathering was not huge but the two behaved as they have not seen each other. From their reaction, it was clearly evident as if they were not in good terms.

"They were at the party at around the same time. It was very evident, especially since there were not many people at the bash, that they intentionally kept their distance and blatantly ignored each other," a source told.

Aamir Khan and Shahrukh Khan's relationship turned sour when the perfectionist wrote in his blog that he name his pet dog 'Shah Rukh'. Ever since, the two did not see eye to eye.

On Saturday night, Bipasha and Shahid were spotted having dinner with director Siddharth Anand and his better half Mamta at swanky Bandra café.

Bipasha has worked with Siddharth in 'Bachna He Haseeno' but Shahid Kapoor has not worked with Siddharth before. Apart from casual conversation, they discussed film.

A source said, "Bipasha is really fond of Siddharth. She wanted him to come for a casual dinner with Shahid. They were joking around and having a good time. Shahid was quite interested in discussing the possibility of doing a romantic film with Bips. A few months ago, there was buzz that Sid wanted to remake the Tom Cruise film 'Knight and Day' with Shahid and Priyanka for a leading production house. However, the project never took off."

"The conversation wasn`t seriously about work. The motive behind the dinner meeting was to catch up, but they couldn`t help discussing working in the future," added the source.

Shahid and Bipasha were seen together in 'Shikhar' (2005), but they were not cast opposite each other.


News : UTV shocked by Aishwarya’s gesture

Aishwarya Rai had to opt out from Madhur Bhandarkar's film 'Heroine' post the news of her pregnancy. And now, news has it that the actress has returned a cheque to her producer that was sent to her as a signing amount for the film.

This has come as a big shock to the makers of "Heroine'.

Says UTV officials, "Ash was never asked to return the cheque. Senior officials of UTV Motion Pictures were taken aback when the cheque reached them. The cheque has nevertheless been accepted."

However, Aishwarya shot for the movie for eight days and also took part in the 'look tests' and so, she had every right to keep the signing amount. Not just that. The actress could have demanded a part of her acting fees, too.

Both the production house and Aishwarya's spokesperson confirmed about the cheque being returned.

Heroine now features Kareena Kapoor, who is reportedly getting Rs 8 crore for the film.

First look of 'The Dirty Picture' is out where Vidya Balan is playing sex bombshell Silk Smitha and the teaser proved to be a bombardment as Vidya Balan exposing her secret asset in a red blouse with three actors, Nassseruddin Shah, Emraan Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor getting too intimate to the actor. Red blouse, red saree and red lip-stick gives a perfect relection of the 80's.

"The poster and the logo of the film has a very 1980s feel to it because the movie is set in that period. We will be launching the first trailer of 'The Dirty Picture' in Mumbai August 30," Girish Johar, head of acquisition and distribution, Balaji Motion Pictures, told IANS over the phone from Mumbai.

The film will be released on December 2, the birth anniversary o f Silk Smitha. Smitha was a hot name of the 80's where her semi-nude roles and bold scene earned her huge popularity but later financial crisis and personal problems took a toll in her life.

The film has been produced by Ekta Kapoor and directed by Milan Luthria. Ekta told: "It's a beautiful coincidence since she is one of our muses, along with other Southern actors like Shakeela, Nylon Nandini and Polyester Padmini."

"My film is not inspired by any one of them, but is a reflection of an era when they used their sexuality to carve a niche for themselves in the male-dominated South film industry. Many frowned upon them, but they were survivors and their power over the masses cannot be denied," she added.
