Channel your inner Francophile on Bastille Day (next Thursday) by whipping up simple, classic recipes from French Revolution blogger/Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef Kerry Saretsky.

In today’s videos, Saretsky shows us how to make flawless profiteroles (above), a croque monsieur, and an updated frozen Kir Royale. The first two were inspired by Saretsky’s Gallic mother, who made them throughout the writer’s childhood.
